The consequences of green

This is me in my halloween costume, compared to what I was going for. I look like I am in camo. I liked my costume, but it didn't turn out exactly as planned. Allow me to explain my coloring.
Notice that Idina Menzel (shown left, I think) is a nice mint to sea green. I am more of an olive. Now, I did have the perfect coloring. I lost my tube of green war paint and had to mix my own with blue, mustard yellow, and white. I had the perfect shade of green. I was putting it on my face and had it about halfway up when I ran out of perfect shade. Oh joy. Well, I went to mix my paint again and turned out with this color. Not cool. Then there comes the matter of my hat and shirt. Note the olive green on them? Apparently this stuff doesn't dry all that quickly. So, I liked my costume, but don't think that a career in make-up is in my future. Haha.

Your green is not quite as apparent as the other pic, but what I want to know, is why green?? What were you dressing up as?? The green did make your shirt look like camo.

In my humble opinion, I think you look like one of those ladies in the old oil paintings. Not quite Whistler's Mother, but something on that order.....*sorry*? But I LIKE the way you look....it is unique? (am I in trouble here?) *feeble grin*
